Overview: This online CPD aims to enable SWs in Children's and Families to find out more about why Children from Black minorities remain disproportionately involved in our child protection system, why this disproportionality persists and how you can intervene with families from minority communities in more equitable ways. Attendees: For any student Social Worker/qualified Social Worker/Support Worker/ Pastoral and Safeguarding Leads/Manager/ Academic in the CMSWTP.
