CSI Student Organizations Virtual Event Submission Form
All CSI student organizations hosting virtual events, with the exception of virtual meetings and virtual dance practices, must submit event details to CSI via this form or TAP.

Please use this form for virtual events that are not using university funding.

If your organization is using university funding (A.S. funding, departmental funding, Triton Community Funds, etc.) for a virtual event, you are required to fill out a TAP 3 weeks prior to your event: https://tap.ucsd.edu/portal/ 

Please note:
-Virtual Event Forms must be submitted 48 hours prior to events
-Only Principal Members may complete this form
-This is a submission process only. After completing the Virtual Event Form, the process is complete. You will not receive any type of notification from your CSI advisor.
