Complaints must be authorized by the head coach. In situations where there is a complaint in relation to an incident directly involving the head coach or an immediate family member of the head coach, a second team official must authorize the complaint.
The appropriate director will review the complaint before deciding whether to forward it to the NMHAOP for investigation.
