Lottery Application 2021/2022
Mountain Island Day Community Charter School is a Kindergarten through 12th grade public charter school and requires no application fee or tuition. Students, staff, and parents are required to sign and abide by MIDCCS's policies and procedures. MIDCCS requires students in Kindergarten through 7th grade to wear uniforms with the MIDCCS logo. Students in 8th-12th grade must abide by a school dress code. Dress Code details can be found at
. MIDCCS has a technology fee for one to one devices (iPad or Chrome Book) for students in all grades. Dual enrollment course work is offered to eligible high school students. To be successful in the dual enrollment program, 8th grade students should be ready for Math Grade 8 honors or higher, 9th grade students should be ready for Math I/Algebra I or higher, 10th grade students should be ready for Math II/Geometry or higher, and 11th grade students should be ready for Math III/Algebra II or higher.
Completion and submission of this application enters your child in the 2021/2022 open enrollment period starting Sunday, November 1, 2020 and ending Sunday, March 7, 2021. The 2021/2022 Lottery will be held at Mountain Island Day Community Charter School on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 4:00pm, barring COVID-19 regulations. Parents/Guardians will receive a confirmation email after the submission of their application. Your lottery number will be sent to the email provided on the lottery application by the end of the day on Monday, March 8th.
