Project Valentine 2025 Sign-up Form
Thank you for your interest in P5K's Project Valentine! Please fill in the following form to get started.

DETAILS:
Write physical Valentine's Day cards to children's hospitals and you will receive volunteer hours for it! This is meant to be used to spread joy and bring smiles to their face! For every one card, you will receive 0.25 volunteer hours.

Once the cards are made, volunteers will be asked to drop off their cards at a provided location in the Markham-Richmond Hill area!
(Time, date, and location of the drop off will be released after you have signed up)

Card Guidelines
  • NO ENVELOPES  
  • DO NOT include personal information in the cards
  • Maximum size for the card is an 8.5’ by 11’ paper folded in half
  • PLEASE DO NOT attach candies, chocolates, etc. in the cards!  
  • Keep the message positive and respectful, and of course… full of love and appreciation
  • Make sure all cards are homemade (please avoid using online templates)
  • Do not direct your cards to any group of people! It is not certain who will be receiving it. 
  • Be creative, unique, and have fun - Effort goes a long way into making someone’s day!

How many cards will you be making (estimate)? *
The time commitment for ONE card will be set at 0.25 volunteer hours (15 minutes). Each card should be no more than A4 sized when fully open. We will be screening cards, and expect a reasonable effort to be made! We will also perform a card count to verify your hours.
