Mostly we are using equipment donated by friends. Our stock at the moment is more than 250 sleeping places (ca. 120 tents), ca. 120 sleeping bags and about 80 mats.
We are building up the tents before you arrive and help you in case you got any problems with the equipment. We also organize the dismantling of the tents.
If your journey takes 5 hours flight to Germany or you have complicated ways to come to Europe, you can apply for the EC Camping Rental Service during the EC Summer Course. Please read attentively our requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You and your companions have more than 4-hour-flight to Germany.
- You accept tent sharing. We have a big pool of different tents and cannot always guaranty a separate tent. Anyway we consider your wishes and adjust them to our possibilities. Of course for couples we provide separate tents.
- You accept used equipment (Practical advice: Think about protecting your belongings from getting wet: This is Allgäu!).
- You are registered and you have got our confirmation per E-mail or mobile phone from Wera Seemann.
- Please keep us updated of any changes in your schedule or demands.
Please fill in a separate registration form if you register your friends with other arrival/departure times. Leave a note if you would prefer sharing a tent together and we will try to make it possible.
