Logan Center School Matinee Series Ticket Request Form
Teachers and students are invited to participate in the exciting 2022-23 season of the Logan Center School Matinee Program, which features free matinees for elementary and high school students in the state-of-the-art Performance Hall at the University of Chicago's Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts. THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR THIS FREE PROGRAM:

(1) A completed Ticket Request Form
(2) Each participating school must send at least one teacher to the Teacher Professional Development Session prior to the reserved school matinee (dates listed below) and can be attended via zoom. Upon receipt of the Ticket Request Form, schools will receive notice from our office.  Each school may require up to 2 free buses and 90 free tickets for 4 performances this season.
