Sherwood CNA/SIP: FY25

A Title I Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) is a review our school completes each year to identify what students need most. By looking closely at data, feedback from families and staff, and overall student performance, the CNA helps us understand where we are doing well and where we need to grow.

The results of the CNA guide how we write our School Improvement Plan (SIP). The SIP is the roadmap for the year.  It outlines specific goals and strategies for improving student learning, strengthening family engagement, and supporting overall success. In other words, the CNA shows us what the needs are, and the SIP explains how we will address those needs.
