Passive Income Pilots is hosting an exclusive, in-person investor experience in Houston, TX.

Join Ryan Gibson and Tait Duryea for a behind-the-scenes tour of a major commercial real estate acquisition: the Houston Self-Storage Portfolio—an investment which is currently under contract.

From 12–4 PM, we’ll board a private bus to visit several of the Class A, climate-controlled self-storage facilities in the portfolio. You’ll get to walk the properties, ask questions on-site, and learn directly from Spartan’s operations team and Turbine Capital’s Tait Duryea. This is a rare chance to see how institutional commercial real estate deals are structured, underwritten, and evaluated up close and in person.


After the tour, we’ll regroup for a happy hour at Talyard Brewing. Enjoy a casual presentation on the Houston portfolio and self-storage fundamentals, plus the chance to network with fellow investors and Passive Income Pilots listeners.

The tour will begin at 12:00 PM at the first facility in Champion Forest, located approximately 25 minutes from IAH. (We will send RSVP’s exact location to meet). From there, we'll tour 2 to 4 additional properties as we make our way south toward Sugar Land, with drinks, education and networking along the way. After the final stop, the bus will drop off attendees joining the happy hour at Talyard Brewing around 4:30 PM, then continue directly back to IAH for those catching evening flights.

⏱️ Estimated arrival at IAH: ~5:30 PM, depending on traffic.

Happy Hour attendees will Uber to the airport at their leisure.
