The Shenandoah Valley Soil and Water Conservation District (SVSWCD) is one of 47 SWCD’s throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia designed to give a local voice to the conservation of our state’s natural resources. The Shenandoah Valley SWCD serves the citizens of Rockingham and Page Counties and the City of Harrisonburg and was established in 1940. The Shenandoah Valley SWCD is in the process of updating our 4-Year Strategic Plan to help refine goals and objectives to guide our operations in the coming years. Your input is important to us, and thus we ask that you complete this survey. Thank you for your time.
