Eligibility:To be considered, the participant must: (1) be 25 years of age or younger and enrolled at a high school, college, or university within the United States; (2) come from a disadvantaged, low-income or at-risk environment with limited financial resources; (3) have a demonstrated record of achievement including but not limited to academic or athletic performance, community service involvement, or other leadership roles/leadership potential; (4) have a sincere interest in supporting other women and diversity in the workplace.
Is this you? If so, we encourage you to apply between May 1-August 31, 2019. We will evaluate all submissions on a rolling basis.
Application:In order for an application to be considered complete, participants must: (1) complete this online application form; and (2) upload a brief (maximum one page) personal statement addressing the ways in which the participant will contribute meaningfully, as a result of background, personal attributes or characteristics to supporting other women and diversity initiatives throughout her career.
There is no minimum GPA requirement or work experience necessary. Participants may, however, upload a résumé and/or up to date school transcript, if they believe it is relevant to their personal statement.
