2024 Basketball Tournament Participation Form

The 2024 tournament this year is hosted by Sts. Constantine & Helen in Wauwatosa, WI February 2-4, 2024!

There are three age divisions for the youth: 
  • JOY Co-Ed: Ages 7 – 12 boys and girls
  • Girls GOYA: Ages 12 – 18 (still in HS)
  • Boys GOYA: Ages 12 – 18 (still in HS)

Boys and Girls must be at least 7 years old and no older than 12 to play on the JOY team by December 31, 2023. Kids who are 12 years old as of December 31, 2023 have the option to play up on the GOYA team or down on the JOY team.

Please note that all players are required to purchase the weekend meal package. Our parish will cover the cost of the team registrations.
