Ellis County United Sports Specific Registration: Swim
ECU is working on going PAPERLESS!  Please use this online form to register for our 2020 Swim Team.  

Regular Registration is $30 and needs to be paid by April 1, 2020.  Late registration is from 4/1 to 6/1 at $45.
Registration fees do not include costs associated with state competition including travel, lodging and team fees.

Check payable to Special Olympics of Texas or Venmo to EllisCounty-United.

Athletes will also compete in two local meets in Plano and Rockwall.   Dates TBD.  Athletes must compete at one local meet to be able to compete at Area.   All athletes must attend a minimum of 8 practices to be able to complete at area or state.

We recommend that all families keep a current copy of the athlete's physical.   SOTX Medical Form can be downloaded http://bit.ly/ECUForms.   There is an English and a Spanish version of the same form.   There is also a set of instructions on how to complete the forms.   It is preferred to have a  scanned copy emailed to EllisCountyUnited@gmail.com.   Scans should be in PDF format and all pages in a single file.  The file should be named LastFirst for the athlete.   Athletes must have a current medical form to participate.
