Should NY ban phones in schools?
Syracuse.com is soliciting opinions about Gov. Kathy Hochul's proposal to limit students' access to mobile phones while they are in school. Hochul will be conducting roundtables with stakeholders over the next few months. You can tell her -- and us -- what you think of the idea by filling out this form.
