Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative
COSI Scholarship Application
This scholarship is available for students who are Colorado Residents, can demonstrate financial need, and have been admitted to one of the following programs:

Nurse Assisting
Phlebotomy
Professional Baker

Applicants will also need to have submitted a 2019-2020 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or be able to provide documentation that they receive at least one of the following:

· Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Benefits
· Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits
· SSI Disability Benefits
· Section 8 Housing Vouchers
· Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Benefits
· Free and Reduced Lunch Benefits
· An income that is too low to require a Federal Income Tax Filing
