22nd of April (Sat). The address is 28 Clyde Rd, Dublin, Ballsbridge, D04 FT98. This tournament is for players aged between 6 and 14. It is not suitable for complete beginners (i.e. those players who barely know the rules of chess). All players need to pre-register online. We may stop registration once we reach a certain number.

The entry fee is €15 per player (€25/€35 for two/three siblings).
Entry fees must be paid in advance, but you can cancel your participation before 10:00 on the 22nd of April via email to
baburin@gmail.com or text to 087-968-2378 - with a full refund. When making a payment,
please provide your child(ren)'s name(s) as reference.
Clocks will be used on the top 6-8 boards in the Intermediate/Advanced group from round 3. Parents do not have to stay for the whole duration of the tournament - they can return closer to the end of it. During rounds, parents should stay away from the boards. No food or fizzy drinks will be allowed in the playing hall, but please bring your own water. There will be a stall with chess books and clocks for sale.
