Our office intends to report publicly the results of this survey without identifying any survey respondent by name. Our report will include aggregate data collected in response to survey questions as well as select quotations by survey participants. Such quotations, while anonymous, may be made public in a variety of ways and may relate to particular health care facilities, specific locations within the State, or contain other particular information to put the quotation in context. Our office will not release any other information contained in survey responses, unless authorized by our Privacy Policy, which is contained on our website at: www.mccaskill.senate.gov/privacy-policy or may be obtained from our staff.
