In consideration for being permitted to participate as a volunteer, player, or event supporter at the Brotherhood Bowl Flag Football Event, I acknowledge and agree as follows:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this event involves physical activity and may include risks of injury, illness, or property damage. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and take full responsibility for my participation.

Equipment Use Agreement: I understand that any equipment, gear, or materials provided by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Michigan or its partners (including footballs, flags, cones, jerseys, tables, and other event supplies) remain the property of the organization. I agree to use all equipment safely, solely for its intended purpose, and to return all borrowed items in the condition received. I further acknowledge that I am financially responsible for the replacement cost of any equipment lost or damaged due to negligence or misuse.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Michigan, its employees, board members, volunteers, agents, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event or use of equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive necessary medical care deemed appropriate by event staff or medical personnel and agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.

Media Release: I grant BBBSSEM permission to use my image, likeness, voice, or name in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation.

Conduct Agreement: I agree to act responsibly, demonstrate good sportsmanship, and respect event rules, participants, and staff.
