We need the event up to four months in advance. Please submit your event as early as possible.

The cut-off dates for each bimonthly issue is as follows:
  January/February, December 1
  March/April, February 1
  May/June, April 1
  July/August, June 1
  September/October, August 1
  November/December, October 1.  

EACH ISSUE contains events from the middle of the first month of the issue to the middle of the month after the second month. So, the January/February issue contains events from mid-January through mid-March.
