Human Centred Discipline Management
Objectives:

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to

(1) Understand the application of human rights in human resources discipline management
(2) Align the existing administrative procedure to the human centered approach
(3) Identify incidences that are corrective in nature, from the cases that are retributive.
(4) Practice rights-based approach in exercising management prerogatives
