Supporting Organizations for the Improving Seniors Timely Access to Care Act
The Improving Seniors Timely Access to Care Act (H.R. 3173/S. 3018) was introduced by Reps. Suzan DelBene (D-WA), Mike Kelly (R-PA), Ami Bera, M.D. (D-CA), and Larry Bucshon, M.D. (R-IN) and Senators Roger Marshall (R-KS), Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), and John Thune (R-SD). This bipartisan legislation would protect patients from unnecessary delays in care by streamlining and standardizing prior authorization in Medicare Advantage, providing much-needed oversight and transparency of health insurance for America’s seniors. Join other patient, physician, health care professional, and other health care stakeholder organizations in urging members of the U.S. House of Representatives in supporting this legislation.
