itscoldondeebike conceptual art project by Kayuntae, The Healer
This project is an exploration of feelings, and emotions as they relate to our collective experiences while riding, being on the back of, witnessing a bike accident, being involved in a bike accident, etc.

The goal is to bring more awareness to the "cold reality" of the bike culture here in Bermuda. Please feel free to share / discuss with family or friends.

Some of your responses may be quoted word for word, and some may be paraphrased.

This survey may take up to 10 minutes.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking time to help me with this. There's no way I could execute this project without community.

If you selected "No" for the previous question, please write your first and last name (or preferred name).
What are your thoughts, if any, on the "bike culture" here in Bermuda?
For example: the saying "Stay wide or don't ride", third lane riding, riding without a fastened helmet, or anything else that you might think is relevant.
Have you or someone you know been involved in a bike accident?
If yes, may you please share your experience in as much detail as you're comfortable with?
If no, please reply "N/A".
Would you be open to meeting me in person for a more in-depth discussion / possible video interview about this topic?
This is NOT required at all, however, can help me to make this project stronger.
Clear selection
If you chose "Yes" for the previous question, please confirm your availability before the month of October ends, after 6pm on Tuesday - Thursday, and after 10:30am on Friday - Sunday.
Do you think it's possible for our "bike culture" to improve?
Why or why not?
I will be using a variety of materials as I put this project together, do you have a preference of any material(s) I should use to convey your part in this project?
For example: Oil pastels, wire, textile, paper, collage, etc)
Is there anything that I should provide you with additional clarity on?
I do hope that everything is straightforward, but, I know  that I sometimes don't articulate my thoughts to the best of my ability. So, if there is anything at all that you might need more insight on, please let me know.
Thank you so much once again!!!
