***NDA Summer Camp will be CLOSED July 4 and July 18-22 for the Totus Tuus Vacation Bible Camp at Immaculate Heart of Mary***

HOURS of OPERATION
7am-5:30pm daily. **Please note the change of closing time.**

DAILY SCHEDULE
Students will follow a daily schedule of structured activities and free choice time. Activities will include arts & crafts, STEM projects, cooking, writing, music, dance, and theater! Students will also spend time outside, in the school gym, and in the NDA library. Please see the weekly themes in a later section for a preview of programming.

COVID GUIDELINES
To ensure the health and safety of participants and staff, students will follow all COVID procedures in accordance with Notre Dame Academy's most current Pandemic Preparedness and Readiness Plan.

SHADY OAK BEACH (TUESDAYS)
Students that attend camp on Tuesdays will be required to attend a trip to Shady Oak Beach in Minnetonka. There will be an additional fee of $15 per student per trip to cover the cost of admission and transportation. Students will be supervised at all times while in the water and in the park. Only students that are entering 4th grade or older, who can swim well and have parent permission, will be allowed to swim out to the big dock. All other students must stay within the buoy lines or on the beach. Students may bring money to spend at the concession stand.

ACTIVITY OF THE WEEK (WEDNESDAYS)
Each Wednesday, students will participate in the "Activity of the Week." Past activities have included the NDA Olympics, the NDA Carnival and the NDA Treasure Hunt. See the weekly themes below for more information.

FIELD TRIPS (THURSDAYS)
Students who attend camp on Thursdays will be required to attend a field trip off-campus. There will be an additional fee for each trip to cover the cost of admission and transportation. A final list of field trips will be shared in April. Past trips have included destinations like the MN Landscape Arboretum, Como Zoo and the MN Science Museum.

LUNCH & SNACKS
Students must bring a lunch from home each day. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Students are welcome to bring additional snacks if desired.

FEES & BILLING
Families will be charged a summer registration fee of $45.
Students will be charged $55 for each day registered and will be billed through TADS. Families may choose to be charged fees in one installment in June or two installments in June and July.
If you register for Tuesdays (Shady Oak Beach Day), there will be an additional fee of $15 per student per trip to cover the cost of admission and transportation.
If you register for Thursdays (Field Trip day), there will be an additional fee for each trip to cover the cost of admission and transportation. These fees will be shared in April after field trips are finalized. Field Trip and Beach Day Fees will be billed separately through your TADS account.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
NDA Summer Camp registration is due Friday, May 27. Any cancellations or changes must be made by this day. After May 27, substitution of days or additions to registration will be considered only if space is available and must be approved by staff. Refunds for days registered, but not attended, will NOT be given, except in extreme circumstances. Any registrations submitted after May 27 will be considered on a case by case basis and may incur additional late registration fees.
