All Wellness Table vendors must provide their own table and chair (maximum size 4 x 6). Please confirm you are able to do this. *
Vendors must be open for the ENTIRE crawl (11AM-4PM), even if this is outside of your normal business hours. Please confirm you will be open throughout the entire crawl. *
There is a $225 fee to participate in the event. Please confirm you're aware of the fee. *
