Please fill out this form with the necessary information to purchase a parking pass at Highland High School for the 2026-2027 school year. In order to obtain a parking permit, students MUST follow the instructions below:
1. Have ALL SCHOOL FEES UP TO THIS YEAR PAID BEFORE PURCHASING A PARKING PASS.
2. Make checks payable to HIGHLAND HIGH SCHOOL for $40.00 ($20 after the start of second semester) . Please print student’s
3. Cash payments must be the EXACT amount of $40.00. (This will drop to $20 at the start of second semester.)
4. No credit cards will be accepted.
5. Parking permit fee may not be combined with other school fees.
6. This form must be filled out with a parent and be submitted, prior to paying for and receiving a parking pass.
Parking Rules and Regulations: (Students must do the following or may have their parking privileges revoked and face discipline)
1. Remove and discard all old parking permits from your car. Counterfeit permits will be confiscated and the
student may be disciplined.

Students may NOT park in the visitor lot (Between the Green Signs) even with a parking permit. If they do
so during school hours they may face discipline.
3. Students must update their registration, and notify the main office if they are driving a different/new vehicle.
4. Once students park in the morning they must enter the school immediately, loitering in cars is prohibited.
5. The information in the Google Form below must be filled out completely with a parent, and submitted prior to
purchase of a parking permit.
6. All traffic laws are enforced in the parking lot, and should be followed. Failure to follow traffic laws may
result in a citation.
Parking permits may be paid for and picked up in room B225 on schedule pick up day August 12th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Any parking permit purchased after this time can be picked up in the HHS main office.
