Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in alignment with the company's goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features, ensuring a roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with clinicians, operators, and technology teams to gather input and feedback, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both practitioners and intended parents.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions, monitor product performance, and identify areas for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve product features and user experience.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and assess competitive landscape.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and advancements in fertility services, integrating relevant innovations into Rhea's product offerings.
