By checking this box and submitting this questionnaire, I confirm that I wish to enrol my child in the selected camp(s) and I undertake to pay the camp invoice if the enrolment is confirmed. I authorise the responsible persons to take all necessary measures in case of emergency during the camp.
For your information, a camp can only open from the 10th child registered. No refunds will be made in case of absence from the camp.
