Application for Development Group
 This group will journey together over four months dates will be set soon. We will meet for four Saturdays in person in South UK. This is a journey to deepen and root our embodiment and practice of NVC. It is for people who have done a foundation in Nonviolent Communication and are working towards personal and collective transformation and would like to use this approach to support bringing their work to the world  

What we do will depend to some extent on the group and responding to what emerges and we will:
  • Build a container to journey in over these sessions
  • Deeply root in a shift in consciousness in life and work
  • Bring what arises through you with power, authenticity and love
  • Reveal and release places we are stuck and reproducing domination system and life limiting ways of being.
  • Grow the personal skills and capacities to meet what arises in a transformative way
  • Explore our own power and the use of it
  • Shift from disconnection and separation to an experience of interdependence in how we relate to what comes through each of us and how we hold what emerges and connect with life.
  • Engage with the alchemy in conflit anger, justice, grief and gratitude.
  • Look at the how to embed and integrate this work in our lives, organisations and communities and lead for a more compassionate world.
The plan will be to have:
1 x 1-2-1 intro call with each person
4 x day long in person gathering
4 x 1 hour coaching sessions with Sophie
4 x 2.5 hr group online evening sessions to fit around groups needs
4 x Peer practice sessions as an option.

My request for financial contributions is £222 per month for 4 months,  which would be £888 total or £55.50 per week. (With a smaller group there is less flexibility in terms of what needs to be covered, and I would like to offer it in a flexible way, so I am open to conversations around money and would not want it to be a barrier for people.)
