Kittitas County Pride: Committee Member Application 2026-27

Join a Kittitas County Pride Committee for 2026-27!

We are looking for committee members to contribute their energy and passion to support Kittitas County Pride, an all-volunteer-run 501c3, to foster a welcoming community for LGBTQIA2S+ diversity, education, health, culture and acceptance in Kittitas County (and beyond). 

Committees include: 

  • Parade Logistics: responsible for all aspects of our annual pride parade on the first Saturday of June
  • Events: plans and executes regular community events throughout the year, including the drag show and silent auction
  • Sponsorship: leads our fundraising strategy and outreach, ensuring our organizational sustainability 
  • Finance: responsible for all organizational financial management! (Led by Board Treasurer)
  • Marketing: leads our brand presence and outreach through social media, newsletter, and digital and physical materials 

We are a collaborative organization and all planning team members contribute to the organization's mission and activities by participating on at least one committee. We meet monthly as a full planning team, in addition to specific committee meetings, and the average time commitment for committee members is approximately 5 hours per month.

Applications will close July 1, 2026 and will be reviewed after the close date. Note: all applicants will receive communications by mid-July, and planning meetings will resume in September 2026.
