What do we mean by accountability?
Everyone always asks --- "what do you mean group accountability?" --- welp, just check out the pic below!! If you saw all these faces checking in with their sweaty selfie after completing their workout, despite their struggles and excuses of the day, you will want to check-in too with your sweaty selfie 🙂 It's a healthy form of peer pressure 😎💪 We all lift each other up and encourage each other!

How this changed my life!
I was once a huge gym goer, big time runner, and felt I ate pretty healthy! The picture above was me at age 27 before my having my 2 kids I was at a plateau and at that point I had accepted it and was not looking for a transformation. After having my first child I began to not just focus on fitness, but focus on nutrition. I was learning about clean eating and starting to implement it myself. However, it wasn't until Beachbody did I really learn more about not just clean eating, but portions! I also realized how much nutrients were still lacking in my daily diet. I began learning portions right for my body and how to get results that kept me healthy!! I also started using shakeology daily. It didn't take long to see my energy levels go up, my body start to take definition, and the decrease in body fat that gave me that results I had always wanted, but never knew I could accomplish!

How this helped me get back to my old body!
I used Portions as a guide, Shakeology, and our fitness programs all during my pregnancy. I was not looking for weight loss, but a healthy weight gain while growing my baby boy. I gained 25 pounds while using portions as a guide!!! I went up in my calorie bracket and I tried to really keep my foods clean and healthy during that time. Never beating myself up if I was not perfect, but really striving to use the eating plan as a baseline to stay on track with a healthy weight gain.

After my son was boring I kicked it in high gear and took one day at a time with portions in the beginning. Still eating in a high calorie bracket while I nursed that first year.
