Sydney Science Festival Speaker EOI
Thanks for expressing interest in being part of our Talking Science library series in Sydney Science Festival that runs from 10-18 August 2019 in National Science Week.

Please provide us with a short 2-line bio and a brief outline of your proposed talk, along with a compelling landscape-oriented picture that relates to your topic and can be used on the festival website. We do not need a picture of you. We need an eye-catching, image that illustrates your topic! See ideas at 2018 SSF site: https://sydneyscience.com.au/2018/
You can send the picture once the library and date has been confirmed.

Your event text will be published on both a library event page and the Sydney Science Website. It needs to be catchy and appeal to non-scientists so keep the audience in mind when you write it. Refer to event tips here: https://www.scienceweek.net.au/how-to-write-a-great-event-description/

Once we have your details, we will match you to a library and introduce you to the program manager. Then you can liaise with them to work out a time that suits you both.

Contact us with any questions by emailing inspiringnsw@sydney.edu.au and llabeeuw@gmail.com. Thank you!

We will offer all participants in our 2019 Talking Science series training in May or June. However, we need your event description as soon as possible to start planning for this Festival!
