Dodgeball Ottawa Committee Application
Dodgeball Ottawa is looking for motivated DBO members who would like to help DBO grow by joining one of our 3 new committees. We are looking for individuals who are motivated and are able to put in the time and effort to see DBO grow and create new initiatives from concept to completion.

Here is a list of the committees that are available:

1) On-boarding Committee

The On-boarding Committee will focus on creating a welcome package for new players, helping them fit into DBO, increase new player retention, and create resources for player development.

2) Women's Committee

The Women's Committee will focus on running leagues and events specifically for women. As well as recruiting more women to join DBO (in any of the leagues).

3) Tournament Committee

The Tournament Committee will focus on planning, organizing and running tournaments under DBO. This committee will also strategize and implement special events.

These are all volunteer positions in which you would be part of a small working group.
