2020-21 CHFM Craft Market Application
The Chapel Hill Farmers’ Market is a local, producer-only market. This year we will be hosting several craft markets for our 2020-21 Season. This is the same application for the entire year, however acceptance is on a rolling basis. Please review the deadlines for dates that interest you. Only apply to markets which you can attend as spaces are limited. Please read through the process and rules below.

To avoid any errors with the application form please only apply via desktop computer. We cannot guarantee the success of the application via mobile devices.

--Read the 2020-21 Market Rules and Regulations. All work must be made by the applying artist. No commercially produced goods or imports are allowed. You may designate a representative to sell at your booth. You and anyone selling on your behalf must be familiar with market rules.

--Fill out the application form completely. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year, but spaces are limited.

--We are not accepting electronic payment at this time (Paypal coming soon!) so you must MAIL US A CHECK for you non-refundable application fee. Returning craft vendors from 2019 DO NOT have to submit an application fee. Applications from potential new vendors will not be processed without the $30 application fee. Please send a check made out to Farmers of Orange for your non-refundable fee to:

Farmers of Orange
PO Box 4244
Chapel Hill, NC 27515

--Applications must be received in time for the Membership Committee to review and make a decision before the first market you plan to attend. These due dates are listed below. As space is limited (craft markets are in addition to our regular farmers’ markets) not all applicants may be accepted.
