Vendor Application for Hot Rods 4 Paws 2023
Hot Rods 4 Paws is a  Car show is put on to benefit Furry Friends Pet Relief Program.  This is the 9th annual show to take place at RIVERTOWN, HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ANTIOCH, Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 10-4pm.  You can learn more about this event at www.HotRods4Paws.com

Applications received without all requested information and fees will not be processed, please make sure all information is filled in correctly. All applications, forms and fees must be received within 24 hours of completion of application to reserve your spot.

Please keep in mind that there is no electricity and limited space, it is possible that space may be sold out, therefore completed applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  You need to provide table, tent and chairs for your booth.  Check in at vendor registration starts at 8:00am.  Your booth will need to be set up by 9:00am.   We are not responsible for vendors bringing the same type of items for sale.

If you do not complete the donation portion, your spot will be forfeit and given to the next vendor in your category.

You will receive an eml within 2 weeks of receiving your application confirming that you are accepted.

You will receive an email one week before the event with the day of the event details.  Make sure that we are in your address book so that our emls don't go to spam.

We also ask for a donation of a raffle basket the day of the event.  If you do not bring a raffle item, you will be charged an additional $25 vendor fee. Raffle baskets are take when you arrive at vendor check in.
