At Amigos for Christ, we believe that we are better together. We’re better juntos. Working together, we have narrowed down our specific calling to be a model cross-cultural development organization. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Nicaraguan neighbors to facilitate community leadership, clean water, healthcare, education and economic opportunity to rural communities in need.
Our Amigos Internships support and enrich all that we do to be a model cross-cultural development organization. Working alongside our full-time team members, Amigos Interns gain professional experience, an opportunity to have impact through meaningful work and grow in a cross-cultural setting. Together, we will spark transformational growth in people, families, and communities.
Even though you will have tasks to accomplish, Amigos is centered on an entirely intentional approach to ministry that occurs through the relationships we build in the midst of our work - it is the core of everything we do. As a result, we look at every day as an opportunity for each member of our team to have a profound spiritual impact on those who come into contact with Amigos for Christ.
