It is completely FREE to apply, and successful applicants will be invited to participate in the 48-hour 4YBY Designathon in Lagos, from March 29, 2019 - March 31, 2019.
The Designathon is a chance to create awesome services or packages to promote testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections among young people in Nigeria.
Eligibility: All young people between 14-24 years residing in Nigeria will be eligible to be selected.
Team Registration: Teams must consist 2 to 5 team members to participate in the Designathon. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE ONE APPLICATION FORM PER TEAM
There are two ways you can submit your ideas: 1) Offline 2) Online
1) Offline Submission: i. Download the form by clicking on this link "http://bit.ly/4YBYregistrationform"“or” pick up a copy of the form at the Nigerian Institute for Medical Research (NIMR)
ii. Scan the filled idea submission form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org “or” submit hard-copy to NIMR Dropbox located at:Nigerian Institute for Medical Research (NIMR), Clinical Sciences Department,6 Edmund crescent off Murtala Mohammed way, Yaba, Lagos.

What’s next: Candidates who successfully pass this first stage of the process will be invited to compete at the Designathon. Approximately 2-4 weeks before the event, teams will be informed of their selection.
Top ideas will have the opportunity to advance to an entrepreneurship startup Bootcamp, where they would develop their ideas further and enter for a chance to win the grand price of NGN1,000,000!
