Colorado Anime Fest Convention Chair Application
Colorado Anime Fest is looking for someone to fill the Convention Chair position. If you're qualified and interested, please submit the form below.
Email address *
Your Name *
First and last, please.
Relevant Experience *
City and state where you live.
Current Convention Involvement *
List any current or former convention staffing/management experience. Please include the dates of involvement and any titles you've held during your time with those events.
Conflicts of Interest *
Do you have an existing relationship with anyone on the Broad Horizon Events, Inc. board of directors, represent the interests of a competing event, or have a financial interest in any company, organization, or person who might benefit financially from Colorado Anime Fest? Are you aware of any other factors that a reasonable person might consider to be a conflict of interest with COAF or Broad Horizon Events? If so, please list them here. While we try to avoid conflicts of interest, they aren't necessarily disqualifiers; however, failure to disclose a conflict of interest is an automatic disqualifier and would be grounds for dismissal if it was revealed after hiring.
Résumé *
Please be sure to include your education and general employment history, not just your convention experience. (Word, OpenOffice/LibreOffice, or PDF formats accepted.)
Required
References *
Please list any references you would like us to contact, along with their e-mail address and phone number. Be aware that when we contact these references, we'll be sharing with them what position you're applying for.
Permission to Contact Other References *
If we have a connection to someone that you've worked with at other events that isn't listed in your references, do we have your permission to contact them?
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
