The Opportunity

F3 Innovate is seeking a Communications Manager to lead and execute strategies that elevate our mission, showcase our impact, and grow awareness across audiences. This hybrid role calls for a strong writer and self starter with experience in digital media, executive leadership support, PR, and partnership building. You’ll report directly to the CEO and be based in California, with travel to the Central Valley approximately 20–30% of the time.
