Pieteikums mākslas darba jaunradei Kuldīgā / Application for the creation of a work of art in Kuldīga

Starptautiskais Kopienas pasūtītas mākslas institūts (International Institute of Community Commissioned Art – IICCA) sadarbībā ar biedrību "Latvijas Jaunā teātra institūts"(Latvija), "Bethlen" teātri, "Pro-Progressione" (Ungārija) un "Art Transparent" (Polija) aicina māksliniekus vai mākslinieku apvienības pieteikt idejas laikmetīga mākslas darba radīšanai Kuldīgā 2024. gadā.

Mākslas darba idejai ir jābūt izstrādātai īpaši Kuldīgai ar mērķi ienest vairāk gaišuma pilsētas ikdienā, lai iedvesmotu tās iedzīvotājus rast un radīt dzīvesprieku sev un apkārtējiem. Darbam ir jābūt veltītam vai tapušam sadarbībā ar vienu vai vairākām vietējām kopienām. Projekts ir atvērts jebkurai mākslas disciplīnai. Mākslas darba atklāšana notiks 2024. gada septembra sākumā Starptautiskā Jaunā teātra festivāla “Homo Novus” laikā. 

Anketa jāaizpilda līdz š.g. 4. decembrim.

Atlases pirmajā kārtā janvārī tiks izvēlēti trīs kandidāti, kas saņems 1000 EUR stipendiju. Otrajā kārtā februārī izvēlētajam māksliniekam / apvienībai tiks piešķirti 12 000 EUR mākslas darba īstenošanai sešu mēnešu laikā. Autoram/ei tiks nodrošināts tehniskais atbalsts un publicitāte. IICCA ir Eiropas Savienības finansēts projekts. Atbalsta Latvijas Kultūras ministrija.

International Institute of Community Commissioned Art (IICCA) in cooperation with New Theatre Institute of Latvia (LV), BETHLEN THEATER (Bethlen) / Pro-Progressione (HU)and Art Transparent (PL) invites artists to submit ideas for a contemporary work of art that could be implemented in Kuldīga (Latvia) in 2024.

The idea of the artwork must be developed especially for Kuldīga, aiming to bring more light into the everyday life of the city, and inspire the residents to find and create joy in life for themselves and those around them. The work must be created for and/or with one or more local communities. The project is open to any art discipline. The presentation of the artwork will take place at the beginning of September 2024 during the International Festival of Contemporary Theatre Homo Novus.

Deadline to apply: the 4th of December.

In the first round of selection in January, 3 idea applications will be selected and the authors will each receive a 1000 EUR grant for pitching their idea. In the second round in February, one author will be awarded 12,000 EUR for the implementation of the art-work within 6 months. IICCA is funded by the European Union. Supported by by Latvian Ministry of Culture.

3.personas datu saņēmēji ir Projekta vadītājs un projektā iesaistītais personāls (pilnā apmērā);
4.ar Projekta īstenošanu saistītos datus biedrība “Latvijas Jaunā teātra institūts” glabās līdz 05.04.2032. (desmit gadus pēc Projekta pēdējās dienas);
5.man ir tiesības piekļūt saviem personas datiem, tos labot, dzēst, ja personas dati vairs nav nepieciešami Projekta norises nodrošināšanai, vai personas dati tiek apstrādāti nelikumīgi, kā arī ierobežot savu personas datu apstrādi;
6.man ir tiesības vērsties ar sūdzību Datu valsts inspekcijā saistībā ar iespējamu manu personas datu aizsardzības pārkāpumu.

By submitting a questionnaire for participation in the contest, I certify that I am informed that:
1.The purpose of personal data processing is to ensure the proceedings of the IICCA competition rounds, hereinafter – the Project. The legal basis for the processing of my personal data is the Law on Prevention of Waste of Public Funds and Property in the and ensuring the legitimate interests of the New Theatre Institute of Latvia to organize the Project: application for the Project, communication with the Project participant and / or participant's legal representative, organizational activities preparation of a report on the progress of the Project. In order to implement the mentioned goal, the association “Latvian New Theater Institute” will process the following personal data of the Project participant – information about the artist, performance, professional experience, payment details for contract preparation.
2.The controller for the processing of my personal data for the above purposes is the association “Latvian New Theater Institute”, address: Riga, Miera Street 39-2, phone: 67228477.
3.The recipients of personal data are the Project Manager and the staff involved in the project (in full).
4.The association “New Theatre Institute of Latvia” will keep the data related to the implementation of the Project until 05.11.2031. (ten years after the last day of the Project).
5.I have the right to access my personal data, correct them, delete them if personal data is no longer necessary to ensure the progress of the Project, whether personal data is processed illegally, as well as to restrict the processing of my personal data.
6.I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate regarding a possible breach of the protection of my personal data.
