IMPORTANT:

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are uncertain about what level on inter-team and inter-town play will happen this season. Due to those uncertainties and the possibility of only inner-team games, fees have been discounted for this year only. At this time, only socially distanced groups of 10 can meet outdoors to practice and we will continually update that as restrictions are lifted.


Starting in 2021, Magrath Soccer Association will enroll players born in 2010 and earlier in the Alberta Soccer Association in the Sunny South District. Cardston, Raymond, and Stirling are also joining as well; Coaldale and Taber are previous members. The new Sunny South Soccer League will be Taber, Coaldale, Stirling, Raymond, Magrath, and Cardston.

The following is the list of age groups, fee price, and preliminary schedule information:

U5 (Born 2016-2018) - $40
U7 (Born 2014/2015) - $40
U9 (Born 2012/2013) - $60
U11 (Born 2010/2011) - $60
U13 (Born 2008/2009) - $80
U15 (Born 2006/2007) - $80
U17 (Born 2004/2005) - $80
U19 (Born 2002/2003) - $80

Included in the registration is a t-shirt or team jersey that players keep at the end of the year; U11 and up players are required to supply their own black shorts, black socks, shin pads, and soccer cleats. U5 to U9 players must have their own shin pads, but soccer cleats are optional. After March 29th, a late fee will apply, late registered players are not guaranteed to get a team jersey or t-shirt, and registration will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Where a family is registering four or more children from the same household, the fourth youngest child will be free of charge.

Volunteers are needed in the following areas: coaches, assistant coaches, field managers, anything and everything. If you have a child in the program and are unable to help with the program, there is $25.00 volunteer opt out fee per family on the registration form.
