SmartPass Audit Form
In an ongoing effort to provide additional security within the community, the Ancala Homeowners
Association and Safeguard will be performing the annual SmartPass Audit to keep our database
current. We are requiring all homeowners and Ancala Country Club members to provide updated
information on all their vehicles.

Please provide the required vehicle identification information for your vehicles, golf carts, and
SmartPasses by January 31, 2018. Please be aware if we have not received the updated SmartPass
information by this deadline, your SmartPasses will be DEACTIVATED.
