Woodstock Community Center Holiday Market Vendor Application 2026

The 2nd Annual Woodstock Community Center Holiday Market, presented by the Friends of the Woodstock Community Center, will be held Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM inside the Woodstock Community Center.

Thanks to the incredible community turnout last year, we're expecting an even bigger crowd this year! Because space inside the center is limited, we'll pre-arrange and assign vendor tables to maximize participation while maintaining good traffic flow. Tables and chairs are provided.

The 2026 vendor fee is $50/table.

Priority will be given to returning Holiday Market vendors in good standing, followed by Woodstock residents or those with a connection to the Woodstock Community Center. We also strive for a diverse mix of vendors and merchandise that fits our available space.

Returning vendors have until September 20 to confirm participation and submit payment. Selected new applicants will be notified by September 25, with payment due by October 1 to secure their space.

Please complete the following application and participation agreement to be considered. Thank you!
