As we reflect on the past year, we are deeply grateful for the dedication and effort of each of our volunteer leaders and team members. Each team has played a vital role in advancing our mission to create a church culture where individuals can BELONG, BELIEVE, and BECOME.

This review highlights the successes we’ve celebrated, the challenges we’ve faced, and the growth opportunities that lie ahead in the coming year.

By assessing where we are and identifying areas for improvement, we aim to equip our teams with the tools and support they need to thrive. Together, we are building a stronger foundation for ministry and continuing to make an impact on the lives we are honored to serve. As Scripture reminds us, “Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord” (Lamentations 3:40).

Taking time to reflect allows us to realign our efforts with God’s purpose and ensures that we continue to grow in faith and effectiveness.
