Remote Learning Preference; October 19th - November 16th

Parents/guardians deciding to opt their child from Remote instruction back to In-Person instruction must complete this form no later than October 9th, 2020. The second 5-week period of remote instruction will begin on October 19, 2020 (that is when students currently on remote instruction will be able to return to in-person instruction).

As a reminder, parents/guardians will be permitted to opt their child(ren) back into in-person learning on a five-week incremental basis.
