•  Do it yourself venue option - This includes a power point, extention cord, 2 tables and venue open and lock up.  You are responsible for cleaning up and leaving the venue as you found it.  The Assistant will open the school half an hour before your party, and will wait at the gate for the first 30 minutes of your party, after which the gate will be locked for security purposes.  Latecomers should call you on your cellphone.  The Assistant is not responsible for any setting up, clearing up or washing up for this option.

•  Set up/clean up venue option - This includes 30 melamine bowls and cups for the kids, 30 cups/saucers and teaspoons for the adults, an urn, 2 tables, table cloths and bunting.  You need to provide your own cake knife, matches and serviettes.  The Assistant will open up 45 minutes before your party and lock up the school afterwards.  In addition, she will set up the party table with hired Valley equipment and wash and pack away afterwards.  It is your responsibility to remove any additional decor, balloons and rubbish from the premises.

•  R500.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking.  Should you cancel your party for any reason, the R500.00 will be forfeited.  The party fee will be refunded to you.

•  If the party is paid in full upfront, the deposit does not need to be included in the total amount.  Should you cancel, R500.00 cancellation fee will be held back.
