This form is to allow HaitiScholarships winners the ability to share their experiences in school this year and give an update on how the school year is going.  This should be filled out  every month to stay eligible for continued financial support (remember winning a scholarship once is not a guarantee of it happening again).  THANK YOU! :) :)
