JHM's The WKND Financial Aid Form - South Barrington
Please note, this application is for South Barrington's JHM Fall Retreat - The WKND. You will be able to fill out this form for multiple students. 

 If finances are a barrier for you being able to send your student to the WKND, we’d love to help- we have limited financial aid available. We believe this retreat is a great opportunity for students to connect with their friends and Jesus. Financial aid is reviewed and approved in the order the requests are made.

Things to know before you fill this form out:
  • You must apply for financial aid BEFORE registering your student for camp. If approved, you will be given a discount code you will need to use at registration to receive the financial aid.
  • You will receive an email from a staff member regarding your application within a week.
  • Please fill out the form with as much information as you are able. This will help us in the approval process.
  • All information shared here is kept confidential and only used to determine eligibility to receive financial aid for the 2025 WKND.
