Scholarship eligibility and selection criteria for Monash University Indonesia Scholarships:
· You must have an Indonesian citizenship. Applicants of non-Indonesian domestic citizenship are not eligible to apply for these scholarships.
· You must answer all the questions on this form.
· You MUST have a valid Monash University Indonesia full course offer or enrolled in the Monash English Bridging (MEB) Program to apply for these scholarships.
DO NOT submit this application form if you do not have your Monash Student ID number. Submission of this application form without a valid Monash Student ID number and/or improperly may result in your application being nulled / invalid.
· You will be assessed based on your academic results* as well as your answer on this form about how this will help your career, and your potential to be a Monash Ambassador. Other requirements for eligibility considerations: your career experiences, achievements, and future potential.
· Candidates who are eligible for the 100% scholarships will be interviewed by the selection panel Online, via Zoom. The time and date of the interview will be informed at a later date should you be shortlisted for the scholarship. Failing to attend the interview forfeits the eligibility to receive the scholarship.
. These scholarships are only awarded to students enrolled at Monash University, Indonesia and they are not to be transferred to any other Monash University campuses or courses.
· These scholarships cannot be deferred to the other intakes.
· These scholarships are only awarded to students with an undergraduate degree qualification (not applicable to those with postgraduate, Master / Ph.D., qualification).
· These scholarships do not apply to recipients of other scholarships from other countries or other scholarship providers.
· These scholarships contribute to tuition fees only.
· All the 100% scholarship recipients must agree to be profiled by Monash University in promotions (such as website, video, etc.) and/or act as Monash University ambassadors.
· The scholarship application closes on:
- July 2025 Intake:
30% MIS: 8 June 2025.
50% MIS: 18 May 2025
- January 2026 Intake:
30% MIS: 12 October 2025.
50% MIS: 9 August 2025.
· The selection panel’s assessment outcome will be communicated to all candidates a maximum of 2 weeks after the application is closed.
· Successful applicants are to accept their scholarship offer 2 weeks after the announcement and enroll in the degree program by the scheduled intake.
· Recipient of these scholarships, excluding the 100% scholarship, will receive their invoice with their scholarship applied and are to pay the balance of their term fee by the date stated on their invoice
*Minimum academic requirements to be considered for Monash University, Indonesia Scholarships:
· 100% Scholarship: Indonesian academic qualification accreditation A or B with a minimum CGPA of 3.5
· 50% Scholarship: Indonesian academic qualification accreditation A or B with a minimum CGPA of 3.3
· 30% Scholarship: Indonesian academic qualification accreditation A or B with a minimum CGPA of 3.1
· Recipients of scholarship maintain an average of min 65% of the academic score to be eligible for continuation of the scholarship
