Birthday Celebration Package Order Form – $20

Thank you for helping us support our school’s wellness goals!
Per the Nevada Wellness Policy and Regulation 5157, birthday treats from outside the school are not permitted.

To celebrate your child’s birthday in a healthy and meaningful way, families may purchase a $20 Birthday Celebration Package, which includes:

🎈 A personalized birthday message displayed on the school's digital marquee sign.
🎁 A plush birthday bear or elephant dressed in a school logo t-shirt for students to take home.
🎶 A fun birthday sing-along song during lunch

Birthday packages should be purchased at least ONE WEEK in advance of the student’s birthday.
