a) From referring team members: Name, contact number, and email address.

b) About referred individuals: Full name, contact number, email address, home address, educational attainment

This information is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating employee referrals for potential job opportunities within the Company, and processing corresponding referral incentives, if applicable.

3. Data Processing

Personal information will be processed by authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process, in accordance with the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality. Personal information collected and processed will not be shared with third parties without the data subject’s explicit consent, except where required by law.

4. Data Protection:
